Refund policy
Unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging with intact inner and outer seals can be returned within 7 days from the date you received your package (based on the delivery date provided by the shipping provider).
To initiate a return, please contact us at welcometokiks@gmail.com. If your return meets our guidelines, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior authorization.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, have broken seals, or are missing their original packaging. Customers have the option to pay for return shipping to have these items sent back to them, otherwise they will be discarded.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and any original shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the postal service.
Please be aware that prices are subject to change, and we cannot offer price adjustments on previous orders.
Damaged or defective items should be inspected upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including sale-priced items, purchases made with discount codes, and promotional items. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
